There was a time when my spiritual practices were separate from my business tasks — meditation was sacred, email was stressful.
But energy doesn’t compartmentalize.

The frequency you carry while sending a message is the frequency that message carries into the world.

Embodiment isn’t about perfection — it’s about coherence.
