• Digital Products: All sales are final. Digital products (courses, downloads, templates, guides) are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

• Physical Products: If you receive a physical product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

– Unused and in the same condition you received them.

– In original packaging.

– Free of damage.

– Returned at your own shipping cost. After inspection, qualifying returns will be refunded in full (minus shipping).

• Non-Returnable Items: Handmade products and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Damaged or Defective: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
